My journey in education has been grounded in a simple belief: when we invest in people, we create opportunities for lasting impact.

As the founder of Empowerment Tutoring Services, LLC, I have dedicated my work to helping students, families, educators, and school communities overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve meaningful growth.

Over the years, my work has expanded beyond individualized academic support to include professional learning, educator and leadership coaching, special education support, and organizational partnerships.

Through my work with the Special Education Leader Fellowship (SELF), I supported new special education teachers, school leaders, and educational organizations through professional development, coaching, and school-based support. This experience strengthened my commitment to bridging the gap between educational theory and practical implementation.

What I value most is helping people move from knowing what needs to change to understanding how to make that change happen.
